Schedule for Applicants

Apply to school

Students who are or plan to be enrolled in a designated school, submit their application form to the school.

Nominated by school

From September to early October, the school selects and nominates students to Rotary Yoneyama Memorial Foundation.

Screened by Rotary committee

The selection committee in the Rotary district where the nominating school is located holds interviews to screen the nominees. (Interviews held during period from November to the end of January.)

Pass or fail

Notification of selection results provided to applicants via their schools (in mid-February 2024).
