The application guidelines for the 2027 Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship Memorial Scholarship (Overseas candidates) are now available.　

Application period: 13:00, 1 October 2026 to 13:00, 31 October 2026 (JST).

This scholarship is for overseas students who are due to enroll at a Japanese university or graduate school.

Applicants must find and apply to Japanese universities/graduate schools before applying for this scholarship and must submit a copy of their university/graduate school application. Those enrolling in graduate school must submit a recommendation letter from a supervisor at their chosen graduate school. At the time of application, applicants must have passed the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at N3 or above.
